Privacy Policy

Serph Technologies is the public-facing Serph brand operated by Youkho Corp. In this policy, “Serph,” “we,” and “us” refer to Youkho Corp and the Serph services it operates.
Information we collect
When you contact Serph Technologies, create a Serph account, or use a Serph One estimate-booking page, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, verified email address, phone number, property address, project location, estimated budget, desired timeline, preferred appointment time, type of business, preferred contact method, and details about the business or property project you would like to discuss.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, understand your needs, communicate about potential or active work, improve our services, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Serph mobile app data
The Serph mobile app stores your notes, reviewed facts, scenarios, and app settings locally on your device. A verified email account is used to sign you in, recover subscription access on another device, and connect an App Store purchase to your Serph account. Serph keeps an authentication-provider user identifier, your email and verification status, account status, linked installation identifiers, subscription status, App Store product and transaction identifiers, trial and renewal dates, and related security and billing event records. These account and billing records are not intended to contain the text of your notes.
Optional astrology profile
If you add an astrology profile, your raw birth date and profile choices are stored in protected storage on your device. Serph calculates date-based Western and Chinese zodiac information on the device. If you turn on astrology context for scenarios, the app may include selected derived signs in the context sent for that requested analysis; it does not send your raw birth date. Astrology is an optional reflection prompt and is not a scientific prediction, diagnosis, or compatibility score.
Account authentication
Google Firebase Authentication or Google Cloud Identity Platform processes account sign-in, email verification, account recovery, and related security information on our behalf. Serph uses the verified account identifier—not merely the email shown on a receipt—to reconnect you to your membership. Your email may also be used for essential account, security, billing, and support communications. Signing in on a new device can recover your account and subscription access, but it does not restore notes or scenarios stored only on a previous device.
AI analysis
When you ask Serph to extract details from a note or generate a scenario, the app sends the question and the relevant note or life-model context needed for that request to Serph's processing service. That service sends the request to OpenAI to generate the response. Your full on-device note library is not uploaded by default. Do not enter information you do not want processed for the requested analysis. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you should review it before relying on it.
Subscriptions and payments
Apple processes App Store purchases, payment methods, receipts, subscription management, refund requests, and payment-related communications. Serph receives signed transaction information and limited subscription details needed to verify a purchase, provide access, restore access, prevent fraud, and support your account. This may include the product, transaction and original-transaction identifiers, purchase and expiration dates, renewal status, offer or trial information, storefront, environment, and an app-specific account token. Serph does not receive or store your full payment-card number or Apple Account password. Apple processes purchase information under its own privacy terms.
Website measurement and technical information
We use first-party, cookie-free event measurement to understand page visits and interactions with important links. These event records contain the page path, event type, an interface label, and a timestamp; they are not designed to identify individual visitors. Our hosting and security provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and security signals, and may set cookies that are necessary to protect and deliver the website.
How inquiries are submitted
Contact-form inquiries are sent directly to our website and stored in our hosted database so we can respond and maintain a record of the conversation. The form uses a hidden spam check, submission timing, and limited repeat-submission controls. We do not use inquiry information for third-party advertising.
Estimate appointments and reminders
When a homeowner requests an estimate through Serph One, the submitted project and contact information is shared with the landscaping business identified on the booking page. We use it to qualify the request, reserve an available appointment, notify the business and estimator, send confirmations or service reminders, prevent scheduling conflicts, and connect the appointment to campaign and revenue reporting. Advertising platforms may receive a limited conversion event when a booking is completed, but not the homeowner's project description or property address.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, such as Google for account authentication and cloud infrastructure, Apple for App Store purchases and subscription management, OpenAI for requested AI analysis, and providers of website hosting, data storage, email, customer relationship management, and professional advice. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services and are expected to protect it.
Data retention and security
Your app content remains on the device until you delete it, choose Delete all data in the app, or remove the app and its data. Account identity and account-to-subscription mappings remain until the account is deleted or otherwise closed. After account deletion, we remove or de-identify those identity and access mappings, but may retain limited transaction, tax, chargeback, trial-use, security, and fraud-prevention records when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We retain inquiries and support messages only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. First-party measurement records are used for aggregate site improvement and are retained only while useful for that purpose. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
Choose You → Delete all data to remove locally stored notes, scenarios, Life Model facts, astrology data, and settings from the device. This does not delete your account or cancel a subscription. Choose You → Serph account → Delete account to request deletion of your verified-email account and its identity and access mappings. You may also email hello@scenarionotes.com for account-deletion help. Deleting your Serph account does not cancel an App Store subscription or create a refund. Manage or cancel the subscription through Apple, and request any eligible refund from Apple. You may also ask us to review or correct personal information held by our services, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements, or ask us to stop nonessential communications.
Age requirement
Serph is intended only for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create a Serph account. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, services, and practices change. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
