Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to this website, the Serph mobile app, and related support and subscription services. Serph Technologies is the public-facing Serph brand operated by Youkho Corp, the app provider and seller identified in the App Store. In these terms, “Serph,” “we,” and “us” refer to Youkho Corp and the Serph services it operates. By using Serph or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, be the age of legal majority where you live, and be able to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, do not create an account or use the app.
Website use
This website provides general information about Serph Technologies and the services we may offer. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or another person’s use.
No project agreement
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a conversation, or exchanging preliminary information does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Any software project will be governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, fees, responsibilities, intellectual property, and other project-specific terms.
Serph app license and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Serph app for your own lawful purposes while you comply with these terms. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access or security controls, use the app to violate another person's rights, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it, or use automated methods to abuse the service.
Your account
You must use an email address you control and complete email verification to create or recover a Serph account. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. Signing in with the same verified account on another supported device can recover account and subscription access, but does not restore notes, scenarios, or other content stored only on the original device.
Your content
You keep ownership of notes and other content you enter. You give us a limited right to process the question and relevant context you submit for AI analysis, operate the service, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law. You are responsible for having the right to submit your content and for keeping your device and access credentials secure.
AI-generated information
Serph helps organize context and explore possible decisions. AI-generated facts, scenarios, estimates, and suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Serph does not provide legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice. Review outputs and consult a qualified professional when appropriate. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
Monthly subscription and free trial
The U.S. monthly Serph price is $8.99 per month, plus any tax Apple applies. Eligible new subscribers receive a three-day introductory free trial. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility, generally limits eligibility to one introductory offer per subscription group, and shows whether the trial applies before you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Apple will charge your Apple Account at the displayed monthly price and the subscription will renew monthly until canceled.
Annual subscription
The U.S. annual Serph price is $98 per year, plus any tax Apple applies. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm, and the subscription renews automatically each year until canceled. The annual plan does not include a free trial. Apple displays the final localized price before purchase.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, except that an eligible monthly free trial is not charged until it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel through You → Serph membership → Manage Apple subscription in the app or in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple controls billing and the effective expiration date shown in those settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not retroactively refund a charge.
Local data and account deletion
You → Delete all data removes notes, scenarios, Life Model facts, astrology data, and settings stored on that device; it does not delete your account or cancel a subscription. You → Serph account → Delete account deletes your Serph cloud account and its identity and access mappings, subject to limited records we must or may retain for transactions, taxes, chargebacks, trial enforcement, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may also request account-deletion help at hello@scenarionotes.com. Deleting your Serph account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Cancel in Apple Subscriptions if you do not want future renewal. Account deletion does not itself entitle you to a refund, and local content that you delete cannot be recovered by signing in again.
Refunds and price changes
Apple processes App Store charges and decides refund eligibility under its policies and applicable law. Serph cannot issue an App Store refund directly. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility varies by country or region, and your rights under applicable consumer law remain unchanged. Apple or Serph may change a subscription price for a future period with the notice or consent required by Apple and applicable law; you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue app features. We do not guarantee that the app, AI processing, Apple subscription services, or other services will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, nonpayment, abuse, or legal compliance.
Informational content
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. Example solutions describe possible types of work and are not claims about completed client projects or guaranteed outcomes.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original design, text, branding, and other content belong to Serph Technologies. You may not copy, publish, modify, or commercially use that content without prior written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website and app may use or link to third-party services, including Apple, Google, and OpenAI. Serph Technologies is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms and policies. App Store purchases are also governed by Apple's applicable media-services terms.
Disclaimer
The website, app, AI output, and related services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Serph Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, app, AI output, or related services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our website and services evolve. Continued use of the website after a revision means the updated terms apply to that use.
